This Privacy Policy describes how EVERPROFIT Trading LLC, doing business as THYVA ("THYVA", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit www.thyva.co (the "Site"), make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services"). We sell only to customers in the United States.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, payment information (processed by our payment providers – we do not store full card numbers), order history, account login details, subscription preferences, and the content of messages, reviews or support requests you send us.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site and our emails, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, marketing and analytics providers (such as Meta, Google and Klaviyo), and review platforms.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information with service providers that help us run our business: Shopify (hosting, checkout, payments), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email/SMS providers, customer-support tools, review apps, and advertising and analytics partners. We may share information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws – see "Your Privacy Rights" below to opt out.

Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we will send promotional emails and/or text messages. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any text, or by emailing support@thyva.co. Transactional messages (order and subscription updates) will still be sent.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising, "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise your rights, email support@thyva.co with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent. To opt out of targeted advertising, you can also use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer where available, or enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor.

California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed above (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation, inferences) and disclosed them to the categories of third parties listed above. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
