Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") product from THYVA you agree to the following automatic-renewal terms.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe, your first order is charged at checkout. After that, the payment method on file is charged automatically before each renewal shipment, at the subscription price and frequency shown at checkout (for example every 30, 60 or 90 days), plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Charges continue until you cancel.

Pause, Skip, Reschedule or Cancel – Anytime

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip a shipment, change the delivery frequency or quantity, update your address or payment method, or cancel at any time:

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, make changes at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Renewal orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled, but unopened renewal shipments can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less return shipping.

Reminders

We send a reminder email before each renewal is charged. Please keep your email address up to date so you receive these notices.

Price Changes

If we change the price of your subscription product, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You can cancel at any time before the change.

Refunds

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers your first subscription shipment. Later renewals are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
